I used to have anxiety over this picture... But things change ;) Let me explain, I was rolling towards 40 and honestly - I let myself go. I had a career that was all consuming, but I was successful and I was "completing life" (in the way that your parents want you to) but everything about me told that this wasn't happiness. I was overweight, out of shape, drinking & smoking too much, bad skin, stressed you name it. So I took a risk on wild change. Quit my career. Rented out my place in London. Flew to Mexico one way, with a really simple plan - Get yourself back in shape, and have a think about your life & what makes you happy while you're at it. So I did. I trained every day, I cut out all the crap in my life and I felt myself returning amazingly quickly. I stayed 6 months in Mexico and it was a total blast. I vowed to never return to the place I was - and to find a new path. And here we are. I'm Jay, I express myself for a living. I share laughter & joy and I love it.
